Khang Dien Group (KDH) grand opening of Alma Model House at The Classia Project

On March 18th, 2023, the Khang Dien Group will be inaugurating their Premium House – Alma model house in the limited product line of The Classia project. This Neo Classic style house encompasses four bedrooms and multi-purpose spaces and is located on Vo Chi Cong Street, Phu Huu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development covers a vast area of 4.3 hectares consisting of seven blocks – A to H – with 156 townhouses and 20 exclusive villas size ranging from 80 to 110m2, as well as 80 to 200m2 garden villas. Construction began on September 23rd 2021 and has now been finalized, with all utility systems in place. All products are set to be delivered by the end of 2023 with a cost estimation up to 18.8 billion VND/unit.
